 Class A Member – A Governmental Agency engaged in the administration or formulation of laws and ordinances relating to building construction. In no case shall a goverenmental agency be entitled to more than one individual membership, except as it has separate agencies engaged in the above activities in which case the Board of Directors, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2 of the By-Laws, may classify such seperate agencies as members.
